5-Year Warranty:
At Prepara, we stand behind everything we make. We offer a 5 year manufacturer's warranty on all our products. If your Prepara product has defects in materials or workmanship and is non-functional you may send it back to us for replacement. You will need to send us an original purchase receipt and the defective unit at your expense. We will send you a replacement unit, or solely at our discretion, offer you store credit at www.prepara.com equal to the value of the original purchase price (less tax and shipping). Please contact Prepara's customer service department at custservice@prepara.com and we will be happy to assist you.

  • Please note that you must use a shipping method that allows tracking and delivery confirmation - we are not responsible for lost shipments.
  • All returned products will be inspected and only defective / broken products will be replaced.
